ABOUT ME

Hello :)
I'm Madô (or Marina, up to you), a design manager currently living in São Paulo and working at Santander.
I’ve been acting as a product designer and researcher on digital products for more than 8 years, from discovery until the product or feature comes to life.
Now, my main role is managing teams to increase product design maturity. I'm also a UX Design mentor, helping new designers to get their first job in the field. That's the way I found to learn, share, and discover new things.
I believe that UX has the responsibility to examine all the touchpoints people interact with to create positive and coherent digital experiences.
To make it possible, we must connect and bring companies' teams together to ensure a product strategy focused on human beings. We also need to be an example and analyze people's reactions and goals so that the product becomes increasingly relevant. This way, we create solutions that are easier to use, smarter, and more ethical.

MY CLIFTON STRENGTHS
These are the ways that I think, feel and behave
in the most natural way.
"There is no more effective way to empower people than to see each person in terms of his or her strengths."
