I’ve been acting as a product designer and researcher on digital products for more than 8 years, from discovery until the product or feature comes to life. Now, my main role is managing teams to increase product design maturity.

I believe that UX has the responsibility to look at all the touchpoints that people interact with to create positive and coherent digital experiences.
